It is notified that the National Roads Board, by resolution dated
17 August 1983 and pursuant to section 153 of the Public Works
Act 1981, hereby declares that part of State Highway No. 16, Tapu
Road to Waimaku section for a width of 13 metres on the southern
side across the frontages of Lots 1 and 2, D.P. 91170 (certificates of
title 48B/648 and 649 respectively) as more particularly shown on
Sheet 1 of plan L.A. 10/61/1/3 and accompanying schedule held in
the office of the Resident Engineer, Ministry of Works and
Development, Auckland and there available for public inspection,
to be a limited access road.

as more particularly shown on Sheet 1 of plan L.A. 10/62/1/4 and
accompanying schedule held in the office of the Resident Engineer,
Ministry of Works and Development, Auckland and there available
for public inspection, to be a limited access road.

Notice of Intention to Vary Hours of Sale of Liquor at Licenced Premises—Nelson Licensing Committee
PURSUANT to section 221A and 221B of the Sale of Liquor Act 1962
as amended by section 22 (14) of the Sale of Liquor Amendment
Act 1976, I, Stanley James Callahan, Secretary for Justice, hereby
give notice that the Nelson Licensing Committee on 18 July 1983,
made an order authorising variations of the usual hours of trading
for the licenced premises known as the Railway Hotel.
To the intent that on days other than those on which licenced
premises are required to be closed for the sale of liquor to the general
public, the hours for the opening and closing of the said premises
shall be as follows:
(a) On any Thursday, Saturday, and Christmas Eve—Opening at
11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 11 o’clock in the
evening.
On any New Year’s Eve—Opening at 11 o’clock in the morning
and closing at 00.30 o’clock in the morning of New Years Day.

pursuant to sections 8A and 165 of the Harbours Act 1950 and in
exercise of powers delegated to me pursuant to sections 8 and 9 of
the Ministry of Transport Act 1968, hereby approve the Takapuna
City Council Lake Pupuke Bed and Waters Control Bylaws 1981,
made by the Takapuna City Council on 12 July 1983, and confirmed
on 9 August 1983.
