PURSUANT to section 3(1) of the Animal Remedies Act 1967, the Minister of Agriculture on the recommendation of the Animal Remedies Board hereby amends the notice entitled “Exemption Under the Animal Remedies Act 1967 (Notice No. 2794, Ag. 6/2/3/1)” published in New Zealand Gazette, No. 43, of 15 April 1982, at page 1235, by omitting from line 7 of the notice the words “section 18 to 34 inclusive” and by substituting in their place the words “all sections (except subsection (1) of section 3)”.
