ALL that area in the Westland Land District, County of Westland, containing 10 200 hectares, approximately, bounded by a line commencing at a point in the middle of the Waitangitona River in line with the northern boundary of Rural Section 1580, situated in Block VI, Whataroa Survey District, and proceeding easterly to and along that boundary and southerly generally along the generally eastern boundary of that section and Rural Section 5394 to a point in line with the northern boundary of Rural Section 2615; thence easterly to and along that boundary and its production to the middle of the Whataroa River; thence south-easterly generally up the middle of that river and Dry Creek to a point in line with the south-eastern boundary of Reserve 1196, situated in Block XII, Whataroa Survey District; thence south-westerly to and along that boundary to the generally northern boundary of part Reserve 1681;
