Thence southerly along that boundary to the northern boundary of Reserve 1666; thence westerly and south-easterly along the north- and south-western boundaries of that reserve to a point in line with the northern boundary of part Reserve 638; thence westerly generally to and along that boundary and the generally northern boundaries of Rural Section 5688, Reserve 766, part Reserve 1621 and Reserve 2143 to the westernmost corner of Rural Section 1772, situated in Block XVI, Waima Survey District; thence northerly generally along the generally western boundaries of another part Reserve 1621 to its northern boundary; thence westerly along that boundary and its production to the middle of Kapitea Creek; thence north-westerly down the middle of that creek to the mean high water mark of the Tasman Sea; thence north-easterly along that mean high water mark to the point of commencement, excluding therefrom Reserves 1979 and 1980, both situated in Block VII, Waima Survey District;

As the same is more particularly delineated on plan No. OPS 4/1/5D03, and deposited in the National Headquarters of the New Zealand Fire Service at Wellington and thereon bordered red.

FOURTH SCHEDULE
NGAHERE FIRE DISTRICT

ALL that area in the Westland Land District, County of Grey, containing 6440 hectares, approximately, bounded by a line commencing at a point in the middle of the Grey River in line with the south-western boundary of Section 20, Square 118, situated in Block VI, Mawheranui Survey District and proceeding north-easterly up the middle of that river and the middle of the Ahaura River to a point due east of the northernmost corner of part Reserve 1598, situated in Block I, Ahaura Survey District; thence due west along the generally north-western boundary of that reserve and its production to the middle of Nelson Creek; thence south-westerly generally along the generally north-western boundary of Rural Section 4255, situated in Block VIII, Mawheranui Survey District; thence westerly to and along that boundary to its southernmost corner; thence southerly along the eastern boundaries of Rural Sections 5465, 5452, and 5464 to the north-eastern side of Nelson Creek - Bell Hill Road;

Thence north-westerly along that roadside and its production to the eastern boundary of Rural Section 3172; thence northerly, and westerly along the eastern and northern boundaries of that section to the eastern boundary of Rural Section 3212; thence southerly along that boundary crossing Kangaroo Creek to the generally northern boundary of part Reserve 1707; thence westerly generally along the generally northern boundaries of that reserve and part Reserve 1714 to the southern side of No. 7 State Highway; thence south-westerly along the south-western boundary of Section 20, Square 118; thence north-westerly to and along that boundary and its production to the point of commencement;

FIFTH SCHEDULE
BLACKBALL FIRE DISTRICT

ALL that area in the Westland Land District, County of Grey, containing 3550 hectares, approximately, bounded by a line commencing at a point in the middle of the Grey River in line with the south-western boundary of Section 20, Square 118, situated in Block VI, Mawheranui Survey District and proceeding north-westerly along the production of that boundary to the eastern boundary of Section 1, Square 118; thence northerly generally along that boundary and the generally eastern boundary of part Reserve 1595 to the southernmost corner of Rural Section 5310; thence north-westerly along the south-western boundaries of that section and Rural Sections 5103 and 5102 to the southern boundary of part Reserve 1070; thence westerly along that boundary and the southern boundaries of Lot 17, D.P. 1268, Crown land, the abutment of Paparoa Street and the southern boundary of Section 43, Town of Roa to the south-western corner of that town;

Thence north-westerly along the south-western boundary of Town of Roa, the abutment of Ford Street and the south-western boundary of Crown land adjoining Ford Street to its westernmost corner; thence easterly along the northern boundary of that Crown land to the south-western boundary of Rural Section 5108; thence north-westerly along the boundary to its westernmost corner, thence north-easterly generally along the generally south-eastern boundary of parts

Reserve 1592, State Forest by New Zealand Gazettes, 1941, page 3089 and 1920, page 2837, and its production to the middle of Roaring Meg Creek; thence south-easterly generally down the middle of that creek and Moonlight Creek to its confluence with the Grey River; thence south-westerly down the middle of that river to the point of commencement, excluding therefrom part Reserve 1730, being State Forest as described in New Zealand Gazette, 1931, page 213.

All the same is more particularly delineated on plan No. OPS 4/1/5D05, deposited in the National Headquarters of the New Zealand Fire Service at Wellington and thereon bordered red.

SIXTH SCHEDULE
REEFTON FIRE DISTRICT

ALL that area of land in the Nelson Land District totalling 5015 hectares, approximately being:

FIRSTLY, all the area containing 4850 hectares, approximately, situated in the Inangahua County bounded by a line commencing at a point in the middle of the Inangahua River in line with the north-eastern boundary of Section 49, Square 131, situated in Block V, Reefton Survey District; thence by a right line across a legal road to and along the north-western boundary of the said Section 49, the north-eastern boundary of Section 48, Square 131, across State Highway No. 69, along the north-eastern boundary of part Section 1, Square 131, across the Stillwater Westport Railway and along the north-eastern boundary of part Section 47, Square 131; thence generally south-easterly along the north-eastern, south-eastern and south-western boundaries of Section 5 to the north-eastern corner of Section 236, Block VI, Reefton Survey District, along the north-eastern, south-eastern and south-western boundaries of the said Section 236, the northern boundary of Section 239 and the north-eastern boundary of Section 237, all Block VI, Reefton Survey District;

Thence again generally south-easterly along the south-eastern boundary of the said Section 237, the north-eastern boundaries of Section 238, Block VI, Reefton Survey District, the north-eastern boundaries of Section 98, the north-eastern and south-eastern boundaries of Section 40, all of Block X, Reefton Survey District and the last-mentioned boundary produced across the end of Gilmours Road to the middle of the Waitaha River, thence generally again south-easterly along the centre line of the said Waitaha River to the block boundary between Blocks X and XI, Reefton Survey District; thence southerly along the said block boundary to a point on the boundary between Crown land and Victoria State Forest Park; thence north-westerly along the said boundary to the south-eastern corner of Section 60, Block X, Reefton Survey District; thence generally south-westerly along the south-eastern boundary of the said Section 60, the south-eastern boundaries of Section 61, an area of Crown land (New Zealand Gazette, 1980, p. 759) and Sections 64 and 67, the south-western boundary of Section 69 and the south-eastern boundary of part Section 72 to the northernmost corner of an area of Crown land (New Zealand Gazette, 1971, p. 43), all of Block X, Reefton Survey District;

Thence generally southerly along the north-eastern and south-eastern boundaries of the said area of Crown land to the western corner of Section 15, Block X, Reefton Survey District; thence again generally southerly along the south-eastern boundaries of the said Section 15, Block X, Reefton Survey District, the eastern and southern boundaries of Section 249, Block XIV, Reefton Survey District, the northern, western and south-western boundaries of part Section 248, Block XIV, Reefton Survey District to a point in line with the south-eastern boundary of Section 10, Block XIV, Reefton Survey District; thence by a right line across State Highway No. 7, the Inangahua River, and a legal road to and along the south-eastern, south-western and western boundaries of the said Section 10, Block XIV, Reefton Survey District, the northern boundaries of an area of State Forest to the southern corner of part Section 246, Square 131;

Thence generally southerly along the north-western boundary of the said part Section 246, the north-western boundaries of Lots 25, 24, 23, 22, 21, 20, and 19, D.P. 255, the south-western boundary of the said Lot 19, across the end of Albert Street, along the northern and western boundaries of Sections 151, Square 131; thence again generally southerly along the western boundaries of Sections 3 and 5, Block XIV, Reefton Survey District, across a legal road, along the western boundaries of Sections 7, 18 and again Section 7, the south-western boundaries of Section 8, all of Block XIV, Reefton Survey District to a point in line with the southern boundary of Section 13, Block XIII, Reefton Survey District; thence by a right line across a legal road, to and along the southern boundary of the said Section 13, across a legal road and again along the southern boundary of the said Section 13;

Thence generally north-easterly along the southern and south-western boundaries of part Section 10, Block XIII, Reefton Survey District, the western boundary of part Section 185, Square 131, across Harwood Road to and along the north-eastern boundaries of Section 166, the north-eastern boundaries of part Section 2, the south-eastern
