Setting Apart Maori Freehold Land as a Maori Reservation

PURSUANT to section 439 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart as a Maori reservation for the purpose of an Urupa for the common use and benefit of the Ngati Maniapoto or for any other Maori people whose ancestors are interred here.

Sale of Auckland Harbour Board Land

  1. George Frederick Gair, Minister of Transport, having obtained the concurrence of the Minister of Finance pursuant to section 143A (3) of the Harbours Act 1950, hereby approve pursuant to section 143A (1) (a) and section 143C (1) (b) (i) of the Harbours Act 1950, the sale of land referred to in the Schedule hereto by the Auckland Harbour Board pursuant to section 143C of the said Act, and I specify that my approval hereunder is effective from the date hereof.

SCHEDULE

ALL that parcel of land in the Land Registration District of North Auckland containing 84.3769 hectares and comprising part of the land described in certificate of title 9B/1172 as being parts of the tidal lands of the Manukau Harbour, and outlined in green on plan MD 16182, deposited with the Secretary for Transport at Wellington.

St Joseph's, Dunedin and Certain Other Roman Catholic Primary Schools (Attendance Dues) Notice 1983

PURSUANT to section 36 of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975, the Minister of Education hereby gives notice approving the charging of attendance dues at St Joseph's, Dunedin; Scared Heart, Dunedin; St Patrick's, Dunedin South; St Bernadette's, Dunedin; St Joseph's, Port Chalmers; St Patrick's, Invercargill; St Theresa's, Invercargill; and St Patrick's, Invercargill.

N O T I C E

  1. This notice shall be cited as the St Joseph's, Dunedin and Certain Other Roman Catholic Primary Schools (Attendance Dues) Notice 1983.

  2. The proprietor of the above-named schools may enter into an agreement with the parents or other persons accepting responsibility for the education of a child at the above named schools requiring them to pay attendance dues.

  3. The attendance dues payable in respect of any pupil shall be $72 per annum.

  4. Attendance dues received by the proprietor may be used for the purpose of paying for such improvements to, or for such capital works associated with, the buildings and associated facilities of the above-mentioned integrated schools as may be required or approved by the Minister of Education pursuant to section 40 (2) of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975, or for meeting debts, mortgages, liens, or other charges associated with any of the land and buildings that constitute the integrated schools.

N O T I C E

  1. (1) This notice may be cited as the Milk Producer Prices and Allowances Notice 1980, Amendment No. 15.

(2) This notice shall be deemed to come into force on the 1st day of September 1982.

  1. The First Schedule to the Milk Producer Prices and Allowances Notice 1980 (as substituted by the Milk Producer Prices and Allowances Notice 1980, Amendment No. 13) is hereby revoked and the Schedule to this notice is hereby substituted thereof.

  2. The Milk Producer Prices and Allowances Notice 1980, Amendment No. 13* is hereby consequently revoked.
