UPON reading the notice of motion of the liquidators dated 17 May 1983 and the several affidavits of Anthony George Lewis, filed herem, and the statement of accounts and balance sheet together with the report of the Audit Office thereon, this Court hereby orders that Hugh Beattie and Anthony George Lewis be released from their administration of the property of the company and further orders that the company be dissolved.
