(Section 44B, Criminal Justice Act 1954)

WHEREAS on the 22nd day of July 1983, Brett Robert Goodman, 106 Richardson Street, Dunedin, unemployed panelbeater, was convicted in the District Court, Dunedin, of driving whilst disqualified (fourth conviction).

It is hereby ordered that a 1973 Honda motorcycle, registered No. 204YR and a 1972 Vauxhall Victor motorcar, registered No. DM9026, be confiscated pursuant to section 44B of the Criminal Justice Act 1954.

And it is further ordered that you surrender the said motorcycle and motor vehicle to the Registrar, District Court, Stuart Street at Dunedin, at 12 noon on 8 August 1983, for public auction by the Registrar.
