PURSUANT to sections 24 and 30 of the New Zealand Railways Corporation Act 1981, section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and all other powers enuring under that Act, the General Manager of the New Zealand Railways Corporation hereby declares that an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for and on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen for railway purposes, from and after the 28th day of July 1983.
