PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby vests the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, in the Lake County Council in trust for a local purpose (site for a memorial) reserve, with effect from 1 April 1983.

Classification of Reserve and Declaration that Reserve be Part of the Kaiwaka Park Domain Recreation Reserve
