Declaration That Land in a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by the Wairewa County Council on the 13th day of August 1983:

“That, in the exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Wairewa County Council hereby resolves that the piece of land held by the said Council in fee simple and, described in the Schedule hereto, shall be, and the same is hereby, declared to be a local purpose reserve within the meaning of the said Act.”

Change of the Name of Part of the Little River Recreation Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby declares that the recreation reserves, described in the Schedule hereto, and known as part of the Little River Recreation Reserve shall hereafter be known as:

1. Awa-Iti Recreation Reserve.
