ALL that area in the Otago Land District, Lake County, containing 13 hectares, more or less, being an enclave of Crown land, situated in Block XII, Dart Survey District and excluded from the area ‘A’ on S.O. Plan 19837 hereinbefore described, and shown marked ‘C’ on S.O. Plan 19837.

THIRD SCHEDULE

ALL that area in the Otago Land District, Lake County, containing 8 hectares, more or less, being an area of Crown land situated in Blocks VIII and XII, Dart Survey District and bounded by a line commencing at the intersection of the bush edge with the true right bank of the Dart River (the southernmost corner of that Crown land); and proceeding north-westerly along the bush edge to its intersection with the true right bank of the Dart River; thence generally south-easterly along the true right bank of the Dart River to the point of commencement, shown marked ‘D’ on S.O. Plan 19837.

FOURTH SCHEDULE

ALL that area in the Otago Land District, Lake County, containing 3 hectares, more or less, being an area of Crown land situated in Block VIII, Dart Survey District and bounded by a line commencing at the intersection of the bush edge with the true right bank of the Dart River (the south-easternmost corner of that Crown land); and proceeding generally westerly along the bush edge to its intersection with the Rock Burn; thence generally north-easterly along the Rock Burn to its intersection with the true right bank of the Dart River; thence generally south-easterly along the true right bank of the Dart River to the point of commencement, shown marked ‘E’ on S.O. Plan 19837.

FIFTH SCHEDULE

ALL that area in the Otago Land District, Lake County, containing 2 hectares, more or less, being an area of Crown land situated in Block VIII, Dart Survey District bounded by a line commencing at the intersection of the bush edge and the Rock Burn (the southernmost corner of that Crown land) and proceeding generally northerly along the bush edge to its intersection with the true right bank of the Dart River; thence generally south-easterly along the true right bank of the Dart River to its intersection with the Rock Burn; thence generally south-westerly along the Rock Burn to the point of commencement, shown marked ‘F’ on S.O. Plan 19837.

SIXTH SCHEDULE

ALL that area in the Otago Land District, Lake County, containing 4 hectares, more or less, being an area of Crown land situated in Block VIII, Dart Survey District bounded by a line commencing at the intersection of the bush edge with the true right bank of the Dart River (the southernmost corner of that Crown land); and proceeding generally northerly along the bush edge to its intersection with the true right bank of the Dart River; thence generally southerly along the true right bank of the Dart River to the point of commencement, shown marked ‘G’ on S.O. Plan 19837.

SEVENTH SCHEDULE

ALL that area in the Otago Land District, Lake County, containing 8 hectares, more or less, being an area of Crown land situated in Block VIII, Dart Survey District bounded by a line commencing at the intersection of the bush edge with the true right bank of the Dart River (the southernmost corner of that Crown land); and proceeding generally northerly, westerly and easterly along the bush edge to its intersection with the true right bank of the Dart River; thence south-westerly and generally southerly along the true right bank of the Dart River to the point of commencement, shown marked ‘H’ on S.O. EIGHTH SCHEDULE

ALL that area in the Otago Land District, Lake County, containing 30 hectares, more or less, being an area of Crown land situated in Block VIII, Dart Survey District and Block XV, Humboldt Survey District bounded by a line commencing at the intersection of the bush edge with the true right bank of the Dart River (the southernmost corner of that Crown land); and proceeding generally northerly, easterly, and northerly along the bush edge to its intersection with the true right bank of the Dart River; thence generally south-westerly along the true right bank of the Dart River to the point of commencement, shown marked ‘I’ on S.O.
