In the notice with the above heading published in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 93, 30 June 1983, page 2027, paragraph 4, should read:
“4. The system of supply shall be as described in paragraphs (a) and (f) of regulation 15 of the Electrical Supply Regulations 1976” as contained in the document signed by the Minister of Energy.

Adding Land to Egmont National Park

ORDER IN COUNCIL

At the Government House at Wellington this 27th day of June 1983

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE ADMINISTRATOR OF THE GOVERNMENT IN COUNCIL

PURSUANT to section 7 of the National Parks Act 1980, His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby declares that the land described in the Schedule hereto shall, as from the 14th day after the date of the publication of this Order in Council in the Gazette, be a national park subject to the National Parks Act 1980 and shall be added to and form part of the Egmont National Park.

TARANAKI LAND DISTRICT—TARANAKI COUNTY

2.3336 hectares, more or less, being Lot 1, D.P. 13511, situated in Block II, Cape Survey District. All certificate of title F3/461. Appurtenant hereto is a right of way over part Section 107, Oakura District, created by transfer 287219.3.

Adding Land to Mount Aspiring National Park

ORDER IN COUNCIL

At the Government House at Wellington this 20th day of June 1983

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE ADMINISTRATOR OF THE GOVERNMENT IN COUNCIL

PURSUANT to section 7 of the National Parks Act 1980, His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby declares that the land described in the First, Second, Third, Fourth, Fifth, Sixth, Seventh and Eighth Schedules hereto shall, as from the 14th day after the date of the publication of this Order in Council in the Gazette, be a national park subject to the National Parks Act 1980 and shall be added to and form part of the Mount Aspiring National Park.

OTAGO LAND DISTRICT—LAKE COUNTY

ALL that area in the Otago Land District, Lake County, containing 2070 hectares, more or less, bounded by a line commencing at a point on the true right bank of the Dart River due west of the intersection of the right bank of the Cascade Stream with the true left bank of the Dart River Block XVI, Humboldt Survey District
