Amending a Declaration Acquiring Land for a State Primary
School in Block I, Otago Survey District, Masterton County

PURSUANT to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister
of Works and Development hereby amends the Declaration dated
the 20th day of September 1982, and published in Gazette, 30 Sep-
tember 1982, No. 115, at page 3200; declaring land acquired for a
State primary school in Block I, Otago Survey District, Master-
ton County, by omitting from the fifteenth line of the Schedule the
reference:

“Volume 286, folio 63”

and substituting the following:—
“Volume 283, folio 63”
