PURSUANT to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development
Pursuant to sections 116 and 117 declares the portions of road described in the First Schedule hereto to be stopped and declares that:

(1) The area marked “A” on S.O. Plan 19943 shall be dealt with as Crown Land under the Land Act 1948.
