PURSUANT to section 52 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister
of Works and Development hereby declares the land described in
the Schedule hereto to be set apart for State housing purposes, sub-
ject to the building line restriction in notice 398828, Canterbury
Land Registry, and together with the sewer easement and water
easement created by Proclamation 565928, Canterbury Land Reg-
istry.

to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Commissioner of
