Hospital Specified as a Place at Which Controlled Drugs may be Prescribed, Administered, or Supplied for the Purpose of Treating Persons Dependent on Controlled Drugs
NOTICE is hereby given that the Minister of Health, pursuant to section 24(5)(b) of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1975, has specified Wairau Hospital, Blenheim, as a place at which controlled drugs may be prescribed, administered, or supplied for the purpose of treating persons dependent on controlled drugs.

The Council of the Palmerston North Technical Institute shall be known as the Manawatu Polytechnic Council.

The Westlake High Schools Board of Governors Notice 1983
PURSUANT to section 51 of the Education Act 1964, the Minister of Education hereby gives the following notice.
NOTICE
-
(1) This notice may be cited as the Westlake High Schools Board of Governors Notice 1983.
(2) This notice shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Gazette. -
The Westlake High Schools Board of Governors shall be constituted as follows:
(a) One member appointed by the Auckland Education Board;
(b) One member elected by the teachers of the schools under the control of the board;
(c) Seven members elected by the parents of the pupils attending the schools under the control of the board;
(d) One member appointed by the Takapuna City Council;
(e) One member appointed by the Council of the University of Auckland;
(f) One member co-opted by the board itself, if and when it thinks fit. -
The Westlake High Schools Board of Governors Notice 1982* is hereby revoked.

The Wellington Polytechnic Notice 1982
PURSUANT to section 69 of the Education Act 1964, the Minister of Education hereby gives the following notice.
NOTICE
-
(a) This notice may be cited as the Wellington Polytechnic Notice 1982.
(b) This notice shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Gazette. -
There shall be a board of governors, to be known as the Council of the Wellington Polytechnic, which shall control the Wellington Polytechnic.
-
The Council of the Wellington Polytechnic shall be constituted as follows:
(a) One member appointed by the Wellington City Council;
(b) One member appointed by the Council of Victoria University of Wellington;
(c) One member appointed by the Wellington Branch of the New Zealand Association of Scientists;
(d) One member appointed by the Wellington Branch of the New Zealand Institute of Architects;
(e) One member appointed by the Wellington Branch of the Institution of Professional Engineers New Zealand (Inc);
(f) One member appointed by the Wellington Branch of the New Zealand Society of Accountants;
(g) One member appointed by the Wellington region of the New Zealand Secondary School Boardsβ Association to represent the controlling authorities of secondary schools in the Wellington region;
(h) One member appointed by the New Zealand Nurses Association (Wellington Branch) to represent nurses in the Wellington region;
(i) Three members appointed by the associations of employees in local industries;
(j) Three members appointed by the associations of employers in local industries;
(k) One member who shall be a woman, to be appointed by the Wellington Polytechnic Council at any time whenever there is no other woman member of the Council, and who shall hold office until the expiry of the term of office of the members of the Council by whom she was appointed;
(l) One member who shall be the Principal of the Wellington Polytechnic;
(m) One member who shall represent the teachers of the Wellington Polytechnic, and who shall be elected by full-time
