PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the interest in the land described in the Schedule hereto held from the Crown by Douglas Alan Houlbrooke of Tiraumea, farmer by virtue of deferred payment licence No. DPF 487 (Register Book 5A/604) is hereby acquired for the purposes of a road and shall vest in the Crown on the 20th day of January 1983.
