(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped, and declares that:

(i) The areas firstly to fifthly (inclusive) described, now known as Sections 25, 26, 27, 30 and 31, Block II, Horohoro Survey District, shall vest in Mamaku Farm Limited subject to memoranda of mortgage Nos. S. 490535, H. 174344, H. 293124 and Statutory Land Charge H. 096640, South Auckland Land Registry.

(ii) The areas sixthly to tenthly (inclusive) described, now known as sections 28,29,32,33 and 34, Block II, Horohoro Survey District, shall be dealt with as Crown land under the Land Act 1948.

PURSUANT to sections 116 and 117 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares the portions of road described in the Schedule hereto to be stopped and that the stopped road now known as Sections 59 and 60, Block III, Marotiri Survey District, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 6D/1060 subject to memoranda of mortgage Nos. S.380740, H.053193.4, H.071260, H.334612 and Statutory Land Charge No. H.022830, South Auckland Land Registry.

Amending a Notice Proclaiming land as Road and Road Closed and Vested in Blocks V and IX, Maramarua Survey District, Raglan County

PURSUANT to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the notice dated the 24th day of November 1981, published in Gazette, No. 145, of 3 December 1981, at page 3641 proclaiming land as road and road closed and vested pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, by omitting the words “Frances Muriel Richmond, of Pukekawa, widow, as to the area thirdly and fifthly described in B. and M. Denize Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Tuakau, subject to memoranda of mortgage Nos. S.260489, S.455083, S.557812, H.088555, and H.161839, as to the area fourthly described in Jack Malfroy Butland of Auckland, company manager, subject to memorandum of mortgage S.500093, and as to the area sixthly described in J. M. Butland Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Auckland, subject to memorandum of mortgage S.500093, South Auckland Land Registry” and substituting the words “John Miles Richards of Huntly, farmer and Frances Dorothy Richards his wife as executors, as to the areas thirdly and sixthly described in B. and M. Denize Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Tuakau, subject to memoranda of mortgage Nos. Declaring an Interest in Land Acquired for the Purposes of a Road in Block V, Huangarua Survey District, Featherston County

PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto held from the Crown by Kevin George Smith of Martinborough, farmer and Jennifer Ellen Smith, his wife, by virtue of deferred payment licence No. DPF 608 (Register Book 10B/1271) is hereby acquired for the purposes of a road and shall vest in the Crown on the 20th day of January 1983.
