Maori Land Development Notice

Pursuant to section 332 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Maori Land Board hereby gives notice as follows:

NOTICE

1. This notice may be cited as the Maori Land Development Notice Hamilton 1982, No. 14.

2. The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto is hereby revoked.

3. The land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby released from Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953.

Definition of the Purpose of a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby defines the purpose for which the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, shall be classified as that of a reserve for recreation purposes, and further declares that the said reserve be classified as a reserve for recreation purposes, subject to the provisions of the said Act.
