Land Acquired for Soil Conservation and River Control
Purposes in Block VII, Wairere Survey District, Piako County

PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981,
the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an
agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land
described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for soil
conservation and river control purposes and shall vest in the
Crown on the 12th day of August 1982.

Amending a Declaration Declaring Land Taken for Road in
Block XV, Whangarei Survey District, Whangarei County

PURSUANT to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981,
the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the
declaration dated the 22nd day of September 1981, published
in the Gazette, 1 October 1981, No. 116, at page 2737,
declaring land taken for road in Block XV, Whangarei
Survey District, pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, by adding the words “As
shown marked as above mentioned on S.O. Plan 50105,
lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Auckland” to the Schedule.
