Land Declared to be Road and Road Stopped in Block IX, Puniu Survey District, Waipa County

PURSUANT to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development—

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road, and vested in The Waipa County Council.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portion of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped, and further declares the stopped road now known as Section 34, Block IX, Puniu Survey District, be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 24C/1422, subject to charge No. S. 508658, South Auckland Land Registry.

FIRST SCHEDULE

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL those pieces of land situated in Block IX, Puniu Survey District, described as follows:
