(c) Pursuant to section 119 (1) declares the land described in the Third Schedule hereto to be taken and declares that:
(i) The area marked "D" on S.O. Plan 51756 shall be dealt with as Crown land under the Land Act 1948.
(ii) The area marked "Q" on S.O. Plan 51757 shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 25D/293, subject to memoranda of mortgages H. 258043.3 and H. 313949.2 and caveat H. 370859, South Auckland Land Registry.

Land Acquired, Subject to Certain Rights, for a Post Office Telecommunications Installation in Block XI, Mahurangi Survey District, Rodney County

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired, subject to the unregistered agreement dated 25 July 1980 between Bruce Duncan McCallum of Warkworth, real estate salesman, and N.Z. Forest Products Limited at Auckland, to grant a right of way easement over the areas marked A, B, C, D, E and F on L.T. Plan 92351 for a post office telecommunications installation, and shall vest in the Crown on the 5th day of August 1982.

Leasehold Estate in Land Acquired for the Generation of Electricity in Block V, Wakefield Survey District, Vincent County

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the leasehold estate in the land described in the Schedule hereto held by James Manuel Sutherland of Mosgiel, retired, under and by virtue of memorandum of lease No. 313997 is hereby acquired for the generation of electricity on the 5th day of August 1982.
