Amending a Warrant Appointing Inspectors in Respect of All and Any Local Railways at McLeans Island, Christchurch, Operated by the Bush Tramway and Museum Park of the Canterbury Steam Preservation Society (Incorporated)

PURSUANT to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development amends the warrant appointing inspectors in respect of all and any local railways at McLeans Island, Christchurch, operated by the Bush Tramway and Museum Park of the Canterbury Steam Preservation Society (Incorporated) published in the New Zealand Gazette of 22 April 1982, No. 47, at page 1384, by omitting the name “John” and replacing it with the name “Jan”, and further by omitting the names “John Coxall” and replacing such names with the names “James Coxhill”.

Land Declared to be Road, Road Stopped and Land Taken and Vested in Block V, Tātua Survey District, Tāupo County

PURSUANT to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road, and vested in The Taupo County Council:

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped and declares that:

(i) The areas marked “U” on S.O. Plan 51756 and “K” on S.O. Plan 51757 shall be dealt with as Crown land under the Land Act 1948.

(ii) The areas marked “A” on S.O. Plan 51756 and “F”, “G”, and “M” on S.O. Plan 51757, as now described firstly to fourthly (inclusive) in the Fourth Schedule hereto, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 25D/293, subject to memoranda of mortgages H. 258043.3 and H. 315949.2 and caveat H. 370859, South Auckland Land Registry.

(iii) The area marked “L” on S.O. Plan 51757 as now fifthly described in the Fourth Schedule hereto, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 14A/803, subject to mortgage H. 018726.6, South Auckland Land Registry.

(iv) The area marked “S” on S.O. Plan 51757, as now sixthly described in the Fourth Schedule hereto, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 14A/803, subject to mortgage H. 388791, South Auckland Land Registry.
