for a school, shall be vested in Her Majesty the Queen,
freed and discharged from every educational trust affecting
the same, but subject to all leases, encumbrances, liens, or
easements affecting the same at the date hereof.

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT—RANGITIKEI COUNTY

2023 square metres (2 roods), more or less, being part Section
61, Turakina District, situated in Block VI, Whangachu Survey
District. All certificate of title 334/278, limited as to parcels.

Declaring Land in a Roadway Laid Out in Block I, Tarawera
Survey District, to be Road

DAVID BEATTIE, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 421 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I,
The Honourable Sir David Stuart Beattie, the Governor-
General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described
in the Schedule hereto and comprised in a roadway laid
out by the Maori Land Court by an order dated 20 December
1979, to be road, and to be vested in The Rotorua District
Council.

SCHEDULE

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 62 square metres, situated
in Block I, Tarawera Survey District, being Taumatahera
H. Block (roadway); as shown marked “H” on M.L. Plan
21270; lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Hamilton.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand this
21st day of July 1982.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 265 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I,
The Honourable Sir David Stuart Beattie, the Governor-
General of New Zealand, being satisfied that the lands
described in the Schedule hereto have been vested in the
Crown, hereby declare the said lands to be Crown land
subject to the Land Act 1948.

General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described

by the Maori Land Court by an order dated 7 August 1912,
to be road, and to be vested in The Rotorua District Council.

ALL that piece of land containing 1.5682 hectares, situated
in Block XII, Rotorua Survey District, being part Mangorewa
Kaharoa 6E, Section 3, No. 2 Papakainga Roadway; as shown

at Hamilton.

At the Government Buildings at Wellington this 26th day of
July 1982

PURSUANT to section 149 of the Rating Act 1967, His
Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the
advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby exempts
the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto
from the liability for the payment of rates.
