IN the notice published in Gazette, 3 June 1982, No. 58, page 1753, for the words:
“Reappointment of Honorary Community Officers Under the Maori Community Development Act 1962”,
read
“Appointment of Honorary Community Officers Under the Maori Community Development Act 1962”
PURSUANT to section 5 (3) of the Maori Community Development Act 1962, the Minister of Maori Affairs hereby reappoints the person named in the Schedule hereto, as honorary community officer for a further term of 3 years in the area shown in the Schedule”,
which last mentioned appear in the original notice signed by the Minister of Maori Affairs.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 63B (1) of the Forests Act 1949 (as substituted by section 19 of the Forests Amendment Act 1976), I, The Honourable Sir David Stuart Beattie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the State forest land described in the Schedule hereto as State forest park which shall hereby form part of the Mount Richmond State Forest Park.
SCHEDULE
MARLBOROUGH LAND DISTRICT—MARLBOROUGH COUNTY
2.0939 hectares, more or less, being Lot 1, D.P. 4230, situated in Block XVIII, Pine Valley Survey District. All certificate of title, Volume 3B, folio 314. Appurtenant hereto is a right of way over part Section 17, Block XVIII, Pine Valley Survey District (part certificate of title, Volume 3B, folio 315) created by Transfer 89714.6.
As shown on plan O28/6 deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 23rd day of July 1982.
