Classification of Reserve
Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby declares the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, to be classified as a reserve for local purpose (quarry), subject to the provisions of the said Act.
SCHEDULE
North Auckland Land District—Otama tea County
5059 square metres, more or less, being Allotment 271, Matakohe Parish, situated in Block XIII, Matakohe Survey District. All certificate of title 494/195. S.O. Plan 25011.

Classification and Naming of a Reserve
Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby declares the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, to be classified as a reserve for scenic purposes, subject to the provisions of section 19 (1) (a) of the said Act, and further, declares that the said reserve shall hereafter be known as the Buffalo Beach Scenic Reserve.
