ALL that area of lake, harbour, and territorial sea within a line commencing at the mid point of the mouth of the Conway River and then proceeding on a true bearing of 110° south-east along a right line to its intersection with the outer limit of the territorial sea (as shown on sea chart NZ 25); thence generally south-westerly, along the outer limit of the territorial sea to a point at the intersection of a right line on a true bearing of 150° from the southernmost point of the Canterbury Region; thence north-westerly along that line to and generally north-easterly, north-easterly, and south-easterly following the boundary of the Canterbury Region as described in New Zealand Gazette, 1979, page 1329, to the point of commencement.

Declaring a Leasehold Interest in Land Acquired for Railway Purposes at Mangaweka
PURSUANT to sections 24 and 30 of the New Zealand Railways Corporation Act 1981, and section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the General Manager of the New Zealand Railways Corporation hereby declares that an agreement to that effect having been entered into, a leasehold interest in the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for and on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen for railway purposes, from and after the 22nd day of July 1982.

Disposal of Wanganui Harbour Board Land
I, George Frederick Gair, Minister of Transport, having obtained the concurrence of the Minister of Finance, pursuant to section 143A (3) of the Harbours Act 1950, hereby approve pursuant to section 143A (1) (a) and section 143c (1) (b) of the said Act, the disposal by way of sale of the land referred to in the Schedule hereto by the Wanganui Harbour Board pursuant to section 143c of the said Act, and I specify that my approval hereunder is effective from the date hereof.

ALL that parcel of land in the Land Registration District of Wellington, being Lot 11, on Deposited Plan 34223, containing 3179 square metres, and being all that land described in certificate of title 14B/1163.

The Traffic (Tauranga County) Notice No. 3, 1982
PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport hereby gives the following notice:
NOTICE
This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Tauranga County) Notice No. 3, 1982.
The roads specified in the First Schedule hereto are hereby declared to be closely populated localities for the purposes of section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.
The roads specified in the Second Schedule hereto are hereby declared to be 70 kilometres an hour speed limit areas pursuant to regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976*.
So much of the notice under section 52 of the Transport Act 1962, and regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976, dated the 27th day of April 1977, which relates to roads situated within Tauranga County at Maketu, is hereby revoked.
