to be a member of the Soil Conservation and Rivers Control Council until 31 March 1983.

Title and commencement—(1) This order may be cited as the Mount Maunganui Borough-Tauranga County Boundary Alteration Order 1982.
(2) This order shall come into force on the 31st day of July 1982.
