NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for the winding up
of the above-named company by the High Court was, on
the 30th day of June 1982, presented to the said Court by
THE DUNEDIN CITY COUNCIL, a council within the meaning
of the Local Government Act 1974, having its registered office
at the Civic Centre, Octagon, Dunedin; and that the said
petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at
Dunedin on the 28th day of July 1982, at 10 o’clock in the
forenoon; and any creditor or contributory of the said com-
pany desirous to support or oppose the making of an order
on the said petition may appear at the time of hearing in
person or by his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of
the petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any
creditor or contributory of the said company requiring a
copy on payment of the regulated charge for the same.

Notice of Intention to Take Land for Road in the Marlborough
County
To John Abraham Roberts Greensill of Picton, merchant;
John Conolly of Blenheim, solicitor; Christina Brown of
Hawera, widow; their personal representatives or assigns.

Take notice that the Marlborough County Council pro-
poses to take under the Public Works Act 1981, your interest
in the land described in the Schedule to this notice. -
The land is required for roading.

A plan of the land intended to be taken is available
for inspection at the offices of the Marlborough County
Council, Henry Street, Blenheim. -
The reasons why the Marlborough County Council con-
siders it essential to take your interest in the land are as
follows:
The land concerned is part of the old formed Havelock-
Nelson highway which is to be legalised.
Your Right to Object

Your interest in the land has not yet been taken.

You have a right to object to the taking of your
interest in the land. -
If you wish to object, you must send a written objection
to The Registrar, Planning Tribunal, Tribunals Division,
Justice Department, Private Bag, Postal Centre, Wellington,
within 20 working days after the service of this notice on you. -
If you make an objection, a public hearing of the
objection will be held unless you give written notice to the
Tribunal that you want the hearing to be held in private. -
If you make an objection,
(a) You will be advised of the time and place of the
hearing.
(b) You will have the right to appear and be heard
personally or to be represented by a Barrister and
Solicitor or any other person you authorise.
Your Right to Compensation
- This notice, and the right to object described above,
relate to the taking of your interest in the land and not
to your right to compensation. Under the Public Works
Act 1981 you are entitled to full compensation, if your
interest in the land is taken. If this compensation can not be
agreed between you and the Marlborough County Council,
it can be determined in separate proceedings before the Land
Valuation Tribunal.

situated on the old Havelock-Nelson highway immediately
west of Havelock.
