Declaration That Land is a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by the Kapiti Borough Council, on the 1st day of April 1982:

“That, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Kapiti Borough Council hereby resolves that the piece of land held by the said Borough and, described in the Schedule hereto, shall be, and the same is hereby, declared to be a reserve for local purpose (road) within the meaning of the said Act”.
