Reservation of Land and Vesting in the One Tree Hill Borough Council

PURSUANT to the Land Act 1948, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Director-General of Lands hereby sets apart the land, described in the Schedule hereto, as a reserve for recreation purposes, and further, pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, vests the said reserve in the One Tree Hill Borough Council in trust for that purpose.

Appointment of the Southland Catchment Board to Control and Manage a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Director of National Parks and Reserves of the Department of Lands and Survey hereby appoints the Southland Catchment Board to control and manage the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, subject to the provisions of the said Act, as a reserve for local purpose (soil conservation and river control).

Transfer of Unformed Legal Road in Blocks V and VI, Glenomaru Survey District, Clutha County
