Declaring Road to be a Government Road and Stopped in Cheviot County

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development:
(a) Pursuant to section 124, declares the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto to be a Government road; and
(b) Pursuant to section 116, declares the said portion of road to be stopped.

All that piece of road containing 370 square metres, situated in Block IV, Cheviot Survey District, adjoining or passing through part Section 19, as shown marked "G" on S.O. Plan 15459, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Christchurch.
