Land Acquired for Road in Block I, Rintoul Survey District,
Waimca County

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the
Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agree-
ment to that effect having been entered into, the land
described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for road
and shall vest in The Waimca County Council on the 8th day
of July 1982.

All that piece of land containing 1.4619 hectares, situated in
Block I, Rintoul Survey District, being part Section 16, Square
44, as shown marked "A" on S.O. Plan 12708, lodged in the

Amending a Notice Declaring Land to be Road and Road
Stopped in Block II, Otama Survey District, Thames-
Coromandel District

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the
Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the notice
dated the 14th day of April 1982, published in Gazette,
22 April 1982, No. 47, page 1387, declaring land to be road
and road stopped in Block II, Otama Survey District, pursuant
to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, by omitting
paragraph (b) (i) and substituting the following:

"(i) The area of stopped road marked "G" on S.O. Plan
50703 now known as Section 126, Block II, Otama Survey
District, shall vest in Ray Glen of Hastings, clerk, as to
a one-third share, and Beverley Joan Glen, his wife, as
to a two-thirds share, as tenants in common in the said
shares, subject to memorandum of mortgage No. H.343209,
South Auckland Land Registry."
