A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 63B (1) of the State Forests Act 1949
(as substituted by section 19 of the Forests Amendment Act
1976), I, The Honourable Sir David Stuart Beattie, the
Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the State
forest land described in the Schedule hereto as State forest
park, which shall hereby form part of the Mount Richmond
State Forest Park.

NELSON LAND DISTRICT—WAIMEA COUNTY
2,1680 hectares, more or less, being Lot 1, D.P. 10704, situated
in Block X, Wakapuaka Survey District, as shown on plan
027/14 deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand

PURSUANT to section 421 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I,
The Honourable Sir David Stuart Beattie, the Governor-
General of New Zealand, declare the land comprised in the
roadway described in the Schedule hereto to be road, and I
also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and
after the 8th day of July 1982.
SCHEDULE
WESTLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land comprised in the roadway known as
the Ararhua Road Line, being fronted on its north-eastern
side by Sections 28A, 28B, 15A, 15B, 14A, 14B, 13A, 13B, 12
and 11 of the Ararhua Block, and on its south-western side
by Sections 16, 3, 7, 8 and 9 of the Ararhua Block. Situated
in Block XIII, Waimea Survey District.

The National Opera of New Zealand Name Order 1982

ORDER IN COUNCIL
At the Government House at Wellington this 28th day of
June 1982
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL BY HIS DEPUTY
IN COUNCIL
WHEREAS section 33 (1) of the Companies Act 1955 provides
that where it is proved to the satisfaction of the Governor-
General that an association about to be formed as a limited
company is to be formed for promoting commerce, art,
science, religion, charity, and intends to apply its profits, if any, or other
income in promoting its objects, and to prohibit the payment
of any dividend to its members, the Governor-General may
by Order in Council direct that the association may be
registered as a company with limited liability, without the
addition of the word “Limited” to its name: And whereas
it has been proved to the satisfaction of the Governor-
General that an association about to be formed as a limited
company with the name “The National Opera of New
Zealand” is to be formed with its objects being among those
specified in the said section 33 (1), and intends to apply its
profits, if any, or other income in promoting its objects, and
to prohibit the payment of any dividend to its members:
Now, therefore, pursuant to section 33 of the Companies
Act 1955, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and
with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby
makes the following order.
ORDER
-
Title and commencement—(1) This order may be cited
as the National Opera of New Zealand Name Order 1982.
(2) This order shall come into force on the day after
the date of its publication in the Gazette. -
“Limited” dispensed with—It is hereby directed that the
association about to be formed as a limited company with
the name “The National Opera of New Zealand” may be
registered as a company with limited liability, without the
addition of the word “Limited” to its name.
