CORRIGENDUM
Canterbury Public Library Order 1982
The notice with the above heading, published in the New Zealand Gazette, 1 July 1982, should read as follows:

At the Government Buildings at Wellington this 21st day of June 1982

THE RIGHT HON. D. MACINTYRE PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 2 of the Canterbury Museum and Library Ordinance 1870, section 26 of the Acts Interpretation Act 1908, as set forth in the Second Schedule to the Acts Interpretation Act 1924, and section 4 of the Canterbury Public Library Act 1948, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order:
ORDER
-
Title and commencement—(1) This order may be cited as the Canterbury Public Library Order 1982.
(2) This order shall come into force on the day after its notification in the Gazette. -
Sale of Land—(1) The Christchurch City Council is hereby authorised to sell the land described in the Schedule to this order.
(2) The proceeds of the sale of the said land shall be applied for the purposes of a public library.
SCHEDULE
CANTEBURY LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 2023 square metres, situated in the City of Christchurch, being Town Sections 405 and 406, and being all the land in certificate of title No. 364/261, Canterbury Registry.

CORRIGENDUM
Reappointment of Honorary Community Officers Under the Maori Community Development Act 1962
In the notice published in Gazette, 12 November 1981, No. 134, p. 3113, line 7 of the Schedule, for the words “Rangimarie M. Hiroti” read “Rangimarama Hiroti”, which last mentioned appear in the original notice signed by the Minister of Maori Affairs.
CORRIGENDUM
Taranaki Land District—Eltham Borough—Saunders Park
In the notice appearing in the New Zealand Gazette of 29 April 1982, No. 48, page 1448, an omission was made as to the date of approval which should read “Dated at New Plymouth this 6th day of April 1982”.
