Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is acquired for post office purposes (residence) on the 1st day of July 1982.

Land Acquired, Subject to a Mining Easement, for Coal Mining Operations Under Part IV of the Coal Mines Act 1979, in Block XIV, Rangiriri Survey District, Raglan County

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired, subject to the mining easement created by Deeds No. 173870 (R112/262) and No. 178252 (R. 120/516), South Auckland Land Registry, for coal mining operations under Part IV of the Coal Mines Act 1979 on the 1st day of July 1982.
