The Road Classification (National Roads Board) Notice No. 1, 1982
Pursuant to regulation 3 of the Heavy Motor Vehicle Regulations 1974*, the Secretary for Transport hereby gives the following notice:
NOTICE

This notice may be cited as the Road Classification (National Roads Board) Notice No. 1, 1982.

It is hereby declared, as requested by the National Roads Board, that the State highway as set out in the Schedule hereto shall belong to the class set out in the said Schedule.

So much of the notice dated the 13th day of June 1980† which relates to the classification of the highways described in the Schedule hereto is hereby revoked.

No. 4 State Highway (Te Kuiti-Wanganui via Raetihi): from the Waitomo/Taumarunui County Boundary (RP 33/0.00) to Raetihi Borough (RP 148/1.50).
No. 49 State Highway (Raetihi-Waiouru): from Ohakune Borough (RP 11/0.00) to No. 1 State Highway (Awanui-Bluff) (RP 38/0.00).

Notice of Intention to Vary Hours of Sale of Liquor at Licensed Premises—Wellington Licensing Committee
Pursuant to section 221A of the Sale of Liquor Act 1962, as amended by section 22 (14) of the Sale of Liquor Amendment Act 1976, I, John Fraser Robertson, Secretary for Justice, hereby give notice that the Wellington Licensing Committee on 21 December 1981 made an order authorising variation of the usual hours of trading for the licensed premises known as the Greta Point Tavern, Wellington.
To the intent that on days other than those on which licensed premises are required to be closed for the sale of liquor to the general public the hours for the opening and closing of the said premises shall be as follows:
(a) On any Christmas Eve—Opening at 11 o'clock in the morning and closing at 11 o'clock in the evening.
(b) On any New Year's Eve—Opening at 11 o'clock in the morning and closing at 00.30 o'clock on the morning of New Year's Day.

Notice is hereby given that the Commerce Commission has, pursuant to condition (ii) of Decision No. 30, approved a new scale of fees and charges to be issued by the New Zealand Woolbrokers Association under Collective Pricing Agreement Registration No. 5, dated 22 March 1972.
The new scale of fees and charges approved by the Commission is available for inspection at the Commission's office, Sixth Floor, Chase-NBA House, 163 The Terrace, Wellington.
