EX PARTE—THE DISTRICT COMMISSIONER OF INLAND REVENUE:
NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for the winding up of the above-named company by the High Court was, on the 6th day of April 1982, presented to the said Court by JOHN WALKER ELECTRICAL LIMITED, on the 26th day of May 1982 the DISTRICT COMMISSIONER OF INLAND REVENUE was substituted as petitioning creditor by order of the High Court; and the said petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Christchurch on the 23rd day of June 1982, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon; and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of the hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring a copy on payment of the regulated charge for the same.

IN THE MATTER OF the Companies Act 1955, AND IN THE MATTER OF BROTHER DISTRIBUTORS LIMITED, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Christchurch:
NOTICE is hereby given that an order of the High Court of New Zealand, dated the 7th day of May 1982, confirming reduction of the share premium account of the above-named company was registered by the Registrar of Companies on the 9th day of June 1982. The resolution as confirmed is in the following words and figures:
That—
(a) By order of the High Court confirming the reduction of the share capital of the Company the sum of $30,000 standing to the credit of the share premium account in the books of account of the Company as at the 31st day of March 1981, may be distributed in cash to the holders from time to time of the shares in the capital of the Company;
(b) The distribution of the amount mentioned above may be effected at such intervals and by a series of payments of such amounts as the directors may from time to time determine to the holders from time to time of the shares in the capital of the Company proportionately to their holding subject always to the provisions of Article 128A of the Articles of Association of the Company;
(c) Prior to making each such distribution the directors shall transfer from the revenue reserves of the Company to a fund to be designated “Capital Replacement Fund”, an amount equal to the amount to be distributed, such fund not to be available for the payment of dividend nor without the approval of the High Court for distribution to shareholders but may be applied in paying up unissued shares of the Company as fully paid bonus shares.

That parts (b) and (c) of the resolution may not be varied without the prior approval of the Court;

That so long as any part of the existing share premium account amounting to $30,000 is undistributed, the accounts of the company shall be noted so as to show:
(a) The existence of the resolution of 13 August 1981; and
(b) What part of the account remains undistributed but still subject to the resolution.

That a sealed copy of this order be registered with the Registrar of Companies.

That notice of registration of this order with the Registrar of Companies be published once in New Zealand Gazette.

NEW ZEALAND WOOL BOARD
PURSUANT to regulation 15 of the Wool Industry Regulations 1978, notice is hereby given that the Adjusted Weighted Average Sale Price for the sale held on 11 June 1982 at Wellington was 258.21 cents per kilogram (greasy basis).
As this price is below the Government’s supplementary minimum wool price of 320 cents per kilogram (greasy basis) the specified percentage for supplementation will be 23.9 percent for all wool sold at auction and nationally for privately sold wool from and including the 11th day of June 1982 until midnight on the day before the next auction sale to be held.
