OF VAN STAVEREN BROTHERS LIMITED, a duly incorporated
company having its registered office at Wellington and
carrying on business as merchants:

NOTICE is hereby given that an order of the High Court of
New Zealand, dated the 31st day of May 1982, confirming
the reduction of capital of the above-named company from
$160,000 to $120,000, and the minute approved by the Court
showing with respect to the capital of the company as altered
the several particulars required by the above-mentioned
Act, was registered by the Registrar of Companies on the
8th day of June 1982. The said minute is in the words and
figures following:

The capital of Van Staveren Brothers Limited henceforth
is $120,000 comprising 60,000 fully paid ordinary shares
of $2 each having been reduced from $160,000 divided
into 40,000 fully paid preference shares of $1 each and
60,000 fully paid ordinary shares of $2 each.

as trustees of the G. R. MARTIN TRUST, and that the said

order on the said petition may appear at the time of the hearing
