Companies Act 1955, that a general meeting of the above-

Assurance Co. Ltd., which has been registered in New
Zealand for formal reasons only and has never traded in
this country. It in no way affects the continuing business in
New Zealand of Sun Alliance Insurance Ltd. and other Group
companies.

NOTICE OF APPOINTMENT OF RECEIVER
Pursuant to Section 346 (1)
A.N.Z. Banking Group (New Zealand) Ltd, with reference
to Rose Electrical (Queenstown) Ltd., hereby gives notice
that on the 31st day of May 1982, the bank appointed Peter
Clarke Gray and Paul Alexander Glass, chartered accountants
of Dunedin as joint receivers and managers of the property
of the above company under the power contained in an
instrument dated the 13th day of June 1974.
The receivers have been appointed in respect of all the
company’s undertakings and all its real and personal pro-
perty and all its assets and effects whatsoever both present
and future.
