Notice of Resolution for Voluntary Winding Up

NOTICE is hereby given that at a special general meeting of the club duly convened and held on the 8th day of June 1982, the following special resolutions were passed:

1. That the resolution passed by the club at the special general meeting on the 1st day of March 1982: “That the club be wound up voluntarily pursuant to the provisions laid down in section 24 of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908, and that on the winding up of the club the surplus assets, if any, of the club after payment of all costs and liabilities shall be transferred to the Royal New Zealand Yacht Squadron” be and is hereby confirmed.

2. That Mrs Jean Perry be and is hereby appointed liquidator of the club, and that a committee of inspection comprising the existing committee of the club be appointed to assist the liquidator.
