GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF WORKS

(a) Headworks consisting of an intake and water race with a dam and pipelines leading to the powerhouse giving a static head of approximately 9.754 metres.
(b) Water wheel and powerhouse with all necessary equipment for generating electricity situated in R84 Block III, Pukaki Survey District.
(c) Tail race leading from the water wheel back to the stream.

As shown on the plan marked NZE 963 deposited in the office of the Electricity Division, Ministry of Energy, at Wellington.

Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975

Pursuant to section 10 of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975, notice is given that integration agreements have been signed between the Minister of Education and the proprietors of the following primary schools.

St. Mary's, Church Street, Mosgiel.
St. Peter Chanel, Main Road, Green Island.
St. Joseph's, Stewart Street, Balclutha.

The said schools will enter into the State education system in accordance with the provisions of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975 with effect from 9 June 1982.

Copies of the integration agreements are available for inspection without charge by any member of the public at the Department of Education, Head Office, Government Buildings, Lambton Quay, Wellington, and at regional offices.

  1. This notice may be cited as the Road Classification (Paparua County) Notice No. 1, 1982.

  2. The Paparua County Council's proposed classification of the roads as set out in the Schedule hereto is hereby approved.

  3. The notices dated the 16th day of April 1952†, the 31st day of July 1963‡, the 19th day of May 1965§, the 1st day of September 1972¶ and the 5th day of October 1973|| which relate to the classification of the roads described in the Schedule hereto are hereby revoked.
