Declaring Land Held for a Government Work (Railway Purposes) at Kensington, Now Set Apart for State Housing Purposes

PURSUANT to sections 24 and 30 of the New Zealand Railways Corporation Act 1981 and section 52 of the Public Works Act 1981, the General Manager of the New Zealand Railways Corporation with the prior written consent of the Minister of Railways hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart, subject to the Housing Act 1955, for State housing purposes, from and after the 10th day of June 1982.

OTAGO LAND DISTRICT—ST KILDA BOROUGH

ALL that piece of land described as follows:

Area m²
1118 Allotments 12 and 13, Block IX, Town of Musselburgh, being all the land comprised and described in certificate of title 117/137.

Situated in Block VII, Town District.

Declaring Land Taken for a Government Work (Railway Purposes) at Goodwood and Not Now Required for that Purpose to be Crown Land

PURSUANT to sections 24 and 30 of the New Zealand Railways Corporation Act 1981 and section 42 of the Public Works Act 1981, the General Manager of the New Zealand Railways Corporation with the prior written consent of the Minister of Railways hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land, subject to the Land Act 1948, as from the 10th day of June 1982.

ALL that piece of land described as follows:

As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 33059 (S.O. 19848), deposited in the office of the New Zealand Railways Corporation at Wellington, and thereon marked as above mentioned.

Declaring Land Taken for a Government Work (Railway Purposes) at Crofton Downs and Not Now Required for that Purpose to be Crown Land

PURSUANT to sections 24 and 30 of the New Zealand Railways Corporation Act 1981 and section 42 of the Public Works Act 1981, the General Manager of the New Zealand Railways Corporation with the prior written consent of the Minister of Railways hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land, subject to the Land Act 1948, as from the 10th day of June 1982.

Declaring Drainage Reserve Acquired for Railway Purposes at Te Rapa

PURSUANT to sections 24 and 30 of the New Zealand Railways Corporation Act 1981 and section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the General Manager of the New Zealand Railways Corporation hereby declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for and on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen for railway purposes, from and after the 10th day of June 1982.

ALL that piece of land described as follows:

Declaring a Leasehold Interest in Land Acquired for Railway Purposes at Frankton

PURSUANT to sections 24 and 30 of the New Zealand Railways Corporation Act 1981 and section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the General Manager of the New Zealand Railways Corporation hereby declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, a leasehold interest in the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for and on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen for railway purposes, from and after the 10th day of June 1982.

Railway Land Declared as Accessway at Te Rapa

PURSUANT to sections 24 and 30 of the New Zealand Railways Corporation Act 1981 and sections 136 and 137 of the Public Works Act 1981, the General Manager of the New Zealand Railways Corporation with the prior written consent of the Minister of Railways hereby declares as accessway and vests in the Hamilton City Council the land described in the Schedule hereto.
