NOTICE is hereby given by direction of the Minister of Agriculture that, pursuant to section 57A of the Milk Act 1978, His Excellency the Governor-General has been pleased to reappoint

Evan Sinclair Tuckwell, as Chairman and member, Eric Walter Lee, and Francis Edmund Foster

as members of the Milk Appeal Authority for a period of 3 years from 16 April 1982.

PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for road on the 10th day of June 1982.
