Crown Land Set Apart as State Forest Land—Southland Conservancy

PURSUANT to section 18 of the Forests Act 1949, notice is hereby given that the land described in the Schedule hereto has been set apart as State forest land as from the date of publication hereof.

The Traffic (Waitaki County) Notice No. 1, 1982

PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport hereby gives the following notice.

NOTICE

This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Waitaki County) Notice No. 1, 1982.

The roads specified in the Schedule hereto are hereby declared to be 70 kilometres an hour speed limit areas pursuant to regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976*.

The notice “Declaring Area to be a Closely Populated Locality for the Purposes of the Transport Act 1949, Section 36” dated the 25th day of March 1952 is hereby revoked.

No. 83 State Highway (Pukeuri-Omarama): from a point 75 metres measured westerly, generally, along the said highway from the west abutment of Maarewhenua River Bridge to a point 275 metres measured westerly, generally, from Earthquake Road.

Earthquake Road: from its intersection with No. 83 State Highway (Pukeuri-Omarama) to a point 200 metres measured westerly, generally, along Earthquake Road from the said intersection.

PURSUANT to the Commerce Act 1975, I, Desmond James Gasson, pursuant to a delegation from the Secretary of Trade and Industry, hereby make the following price order:
