North Island Raspberry Marketing Committee Elections

PURSUANT to regulation 15 (4) of the Raspberry Marketing Regulations 1979, notice is hereby given that the roll of those persons qualified to vote for the election of four producers’ representatives to the North Island Raspberry Marketing Committee will be open for inspection during ordinary office hours at the following places, viz, Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries; Head Office, Wellington; Auckland; Hamilton; Te Kuiti; Tauranga; Whakatane; Te Awamutu; Matamata; Hastings; Masterton; New Plymouth; Hawera; Stratford; Palmerston North, Levin; Wanganui; and also at the following post offices, viz: Kumeu, Kati Kati, Cambridge, Taupiri, Te Aroha, Te Puke, Ohaupo, Kawerau, Napier, Pahiatua, Martinborough, Greytown, Bulls, Otaki, Ohau.
The roll will be available for public inspection for a period of 7 days from 27 May 1982, during which period any person may lodge with the Returning Officer an objection in writing under his hand to any entry on the roll.
Nomination forms may be obtained on application to any of the above offices or from the Returning Officer, Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries, Palmerston North, and close not later than noon on the 14th day of July 1982.

PURSUANT to regulation 15 (4) of the Raspberry Marketing Regulations, notice is hereby given that the roll of those persons qualified to vote for the election of two producers’ representatives in the Southern Ward to the Otago Raspberry Marketing Committee will be open for inspection during ordinary office hours at the following places, viz: Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries, Head Office, Wellington; also at the offices of the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries at Oamaru, Dunedin, Roxburgh, and Alexandra; and at the office of A. P. Hayes (Secretary), 37A Thames Street, Oamaru.
The roll will be available for public inspection for a period of 7 days from 27 May 1982, during which period any person may lodge with the Returning Officer an objection in writing under his hand to any entry on the roll.
Nomination forms may be obtained on application to any of the above offices or from the Returning Officer, Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries, Dunedin. Nominations must be in the hands of the Returning Officer not later than noon on the 14th day of July 1982.

PURSUANT to regulation 15 (4) of the Raspberry Marketing Regulations 1976, notice is hereby given that the roll of those persons qualified to vote for the election of four producers’ representatives to the Nelson Raspberry Marketing Committee will be open for inspection during ordinary office hours at the following post offices, viz: Motueka, Upper Moutere, Wakefield, Brightwater, Nelson, Tapawera, Tadmor and Blenheim.
The roll will be available for public inspection for a period of 7 days from 27 May 1982, during which period any person may lodge with the Returning Officer an objection in writing under his hand to any entry on the roll.
Nomination forms may be obtained on application to any of the above offices or from the Returning Officer, Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries, Nelson, not later than noon on the 14th day of July 1982.

Notice of Intention to Vary Hours of Sale of Liquor at Licensed Premises—Marlborough Licensing Committee
PURSUANT to section 221A of the Sale of Liquor Act 1962, as amended by section 22 (14) of the Sale of Liquor Amendment Act 1976, I, John Fraser Robertson, Secretary for Justice, hereby give notice that the Marlborough Licensing Committee on 1 October 1981, made an order authorising variations of the usual hours of trading for the licensed premises known as the Royal Hotel, Blenheim.
To the intent that on days other than those on which licensed premises are required to be closed for the sale of liquor to the general public the hours for the opening and closing of the said premises shall be as follows:—
(a) On any Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday Thursday and Friday (not being Christmas Eve or New Year’s Eve)—Opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 10 o’clock in the evening.
(b) On any Saturday and Christmas Eve—Opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 11 o’clock in the evening.
(c) On any New Year’s Eve—Opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 00.30 o’clock on the morning of New Year’s Day.

PURSUANT to section 106 of the Commerce Act 1975, I, Peter E. Donovan, Assistant Secretary (Commerce), Department of Trade and Industry, being duly authorised in this behalf, hereby give notice as follows:

This notice may be cited as the Prohibition of Sale Notice 1982, No. 1.

This notice shall come into force on the 10th day of June 1982.
PART I
ALL goods or services of any of the kinds specified in the Schedule hereto are hereby declared to be goods to which the provisions of section 106 of the Commerce Act 1975 are applicable.
