PURSUANT to regulation 3 of the Heavy Motor Vehicle Regulations 1974*, the Secretary for Transport hereby gives the following notice:

NOTICE

1. This notice may be cited as the Road Classification (Featherston County) Notice No. 1, 1982.
2. The Featherston County Council’s proposed classification of the roads as set out in the Schedule hereto is hereby approved.
3. The notice dated the 16th day of April 1952† which relates to the classification of the roads described in the Schedule hereto is hereby revoked.

The notices dated the 26th day of January 1959¹, the 2nd day of December 1965², the 21st day of June 1966³, the 8th day of May 1967⁴, the 8th day of April 1970⁵, the 26th day of March 1971⁶, the 23rd day of April 1971⁷, the 10th day of June 1972⁸, the 27th day of April 1972⁹, the 12th day of July 1972¹⁰, the 26th day of September 1972¹¹, the 19th day of June 1974¹² and the 2nd day of May 1975¹³ which relate to the classification of the roads described in the Schedule hereto are hereby revoked.
4. The notice No. 2 1970¹⁴ that classifies as Class Two, part of No. 1 Road, situated within Piako County, is hereby revoked.

Avenue Road, Morrinsville: from State Highway No. 26 (Hamilton - Kopu) to Kuranui Road.
Kuranui Road: from State Highway No. 26 (Hamilton - Kopu) at Motumaho to Morrinsville - Walton Road.
Morrinsville - Walton Road: from Kuranui Road to a point 2 kilometres measured southerly, generally, along the Morrinsville - Walton Road from Kuranui Road.
