Appointment of the Parakao Hall Society to Control and Manage a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Director of National Parks and Reserves of the Department of Lands and Survey hereby appoints the Parakao Hall Society to control and manage the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, subject to the provisions of the said Act, as a reserve for local purpose (site for community buildings).

Freshwater Fish Farm Licence Granted

NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to regulation 7 of the Freshwater Fish Farming Regulations 1972*, the Minister of Fisheries has granted a fish farm licence to the Newhaven Salmon Ranch, to establish and maintain a freshwater fish farm for the raising of quinnat salmon within the area described in the Schedule hereto.

ALL that piece or parcel of land comprising Sections 23, 24, and 26, Block VI, Glenomaru Survey District, situated near Owaka, as delineated on the plan No. 9522, sheet S1, held by the Fisheries Management Division of the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries at Wellington.

The Road Classification (Hawke’s Bay County) Notice No. 1, 1982

PURSUANT to regulation 3 of the Heavy Motor Vehicle Regulations 1974*, the Secretary for Transport hereby gives the following notice:

NOTICE

  1. This notice may be cited as the Road Classification (Hawke’s Bay County) Notice No. 1, 1982.

  2. The Hawke’s Bay County Council’s proposed classification of the roads as set out in the Schedule hereto is hereby approved.

  3. The notices dated the 23rd day of August 1950†, the 2nd day of July 1954‡, the 28th day of August 1967§, the 22nd day of February 1968¶, and the 2nd day of April 1979∥, which relate to the classification of the roads described in the Schedule hereto are hereby revoked.
