Timber Preservation Regulations 1955—Branding and Identification of Preservative Treated Timber

In the corrigendum with the above heading published in the New Zealand Gazette of 6 May 1982, p. 1495, for “5000m²” read “5000mm²”.


CORRIGENDUM
The Traffic (Rodney County) Notice No. 1, 1982

IN the notice with the above heading published in the New Zealand Gazette, dated 1 April 1982, No. 36, page 1084, under the heading NOTICE, SECTION 6, line 4, where it reads “except that during that period”, read “except during that period”.

Under the heading FIRST SCHEDULE, Column 2, line 25, where it reads “Hunt Road”, read “Hand Road”.

Under the heading FIRST SCHEDULE, Column 2, line 43, where it reads “Bank of Te Hoau Stream”, read “Bank of the Te Hoau Stream”.

Under the heading SECOND SCHEDULE, Column 2, lines 2 and 3: “thence northerly generally along the western side of Alice Street;” is a repeat of lines 1 and 2; therefore should be deleted.

IN the notice with the above heading published in the New Zealand Gazette, dated 1 April 1982, No. 36, page 1086, above the words “Situated within Rodney County: At Matakana” the heading “SECOND SCHEDULE” had been omitted. The wording should read

SECOND SCHEDULE, line 3, where it reads “to Vardon Road from a point”, read “to Vardon Road and from a point”.

SECOND SCHEDULE, line 18, where it reads “Kaikato”, read “Waikato”.

THE RIGHT HON. D. S. THOMSON PRESIDING IN COUNCIL

PURSUANT to section 208 of the Public Works Act 1981 and Part XIX of the Public Works Act 1981, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.

ORDER

  1. This order may be cited as the Waimea East Irrigation Order 1982.

  2. The area of land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby constituted as an irrigation district to be known as the Waimea East Irrigation District (herein referred to as “the district”).
