Insurance Companies Deposits Act 1953, Proposed Release of Deposit—Amendment Notice

By notice dated the 17th day of March 1981, the Public Trustee advised that Minet New Zealand Limited had given notice to the Public Trustee that it has ceased to carry on any class of insurance business in New Zealand on its own account. That company does, however, continue to act as servant or authorised agent of agents or underwriters or placing broker by whom, or on whose behalf a deposit has been made in New Zealand in respect of that class of insurance business for which it continues to act as servant or agent.
